On the afternoon of March 14^th, 2024, Prof. Clémenceau, Fran?ois DEROCK, president of ECOLE INTUIT. LAB, and his four-member delegation including Zeng Qi, Secretary-General of Sino-European Cultural and Educational Association, and Fu Haiping, representative of the Southwest China Office of Sino-European Cultural and Educational Association, visited Chongqing Jiaotong University. Lai Yuanming, President of Chongqing Jiaotong University and Fellow of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, met with the guests in 206 meeting room of Mingde Building on Nan’ an Campus, accompanied by relevant directors in charge of the International Office, General Office, and School of Art and Design of the university. President Lai Yuanming and President Clémenceau, Fran?ois DEROCK briefly introduced the basic situation of the two universities respectively, discussed the current situation and prospect of the interdisciplinary cross-fertilization development of "engineering + art", and exchanged views on the strengthening of cooperation between the two universities in the fields of talent cultivation, teachers' visits and humanistic exchanges, etc. A preliminary consensus was reached. The meeting was hosted by Prof. Mao Mingyong, the director of International Office.

After the meeting, President Clémenceau, Fran?ois DEROCK gave a thematic lecture to the teachers and students of the School of Art and Design, combining the design cases of SEENK Studio, which he founded, and had interactive exchanges with the teachers and students towards "How to Find Design Inspiration", "How to Do Design with the National Enterprises or Institutions", "French Classic Design Styles" and "The Relationship between Design and the Future".

President Clémenceau, Fran?ois DEROCK and his delegation also visited the School of Art and Design, and discussed in detail with the directors of International Office and the School of Art and Design about the cooperation projects of joint cultivation of talents, joint construction of disciplines and specialties, and exchange of teachers.

Chongqing Jiaotong University and ECOLE INTUIT. LAB signed a memorandum of understanding in 2023. This visit has further promoted and enhanced the cooperative relationship between the two universities and laid a good foundation for the next step of substantive cooperation projects between the two sides.
